- Design/create basic graphics and images for mailers, as well as posts for social media
- Customer follow-ups
- Keep leads in the pipeline by ensuring we have regular touchpoints
- Manage appointments and schedule, and reconfirm all appointments we have booked
- Research listings and market trends
- Assisting with closing processes
- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-upcalls
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Preparing real estate forms and documents
- Ordering supplies, and preparing and distributing marketing materials
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
- Managing a client database and preparing reports
